Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

  Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days

  All other locations in Egypt: 3–5 business days
  

Delivery Fee:

A fixed delivery fee of 100 EGP applies across Egypt (automatically calculated at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available) to monitor your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
