We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective items.
- Customers are responsible for exchange delivery fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received an incorrect order that does not match your purchase.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Customers are responsible for return delivery fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be arranged directly with the customer through the agreed method.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for return or exchange.
- Follow the return instructions we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.
