We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective items.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange delivery fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • You received an incorrect order that does not match your purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Customers are responsible for return delivery fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be arranged directly with the customer through the agreed method.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
